Athletic registration is now open of the 2026-27 school year! Please register at: https://wanee-in.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create (or login to) your account, create your students and sign your forms. If you already have an account and completed this process before, if you login, you will see a Blue Button “CLICK TO SWITCH TO 2026-27 REGISTRATION...” You will be able to register your student athlete for their desired sports for next year and complete next years registration. Student-Athletes will be able to do the same! You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. Be sure to schedule the 2026-27 Sports Physical and upload those into FinalForms as well. If this is your first time registering, create the parent account, and you will be able to choose to register for the next year. Tip: Students need to sign their documents as well. In order to do so they need their own unique email. If they are new registers to FinalForms, they need to confirm their account from the email by checking their inbox and clicking the link FinalForms sent them. If they do not have an email and you use your same parent email, then be sure to logout of the parent portal and log in as a student.
